One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The rooms are large and very well appointed including a coffee machine. The breakfast includes local products, including apples and salmon. Spa area is amazing, the onsen great. Staff is very friendly, even if not everyone speaks English, they try to help as much as they can. Great views of the city and bridge

I checked in around 11:30pm, and there was no problem. But, unfortunately I couldn't park my car in the hotel parking lot because it was already full when we arrived. They provided a car parking map nearby, and we could park our car cheaper than hotel parking fee. If you look around, you can find more cheaper parking lot nearby.

The location is excellent, few minutes walking from Aomori Station, close to local attractions and manu restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was really friendly at check in, the room was spacious for japanese standards, the bathrub was a huge plus they provide bathing salts for a nice hot bath after a long walk day.
