Silent small town, just next to the station you have castle, not that frequently operating local trains from this station. To reach Hiroshima I had to take a bus and could not find local trains. It’s a little off the main tourist route, which is why it’s worth a visit. In November the weather was great. It was easy to visit the castle and grounds and a bus trip to Tomonoura was great way to spend the day. A little fishing port famous for being in films and again not too busy. In Fukuyama a visit to the Clock and auto museum is like entering an Aladdin’s cave of wonders. It’s full of the past and not just cars and clocks.
