The place was very nice upon arrival. The reception was excellent by the staff. The rooms are nice, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. In the end, it was a great experience in this hotel. I recommend to visit and stay there.

Ayman is an excellent host! Very helpful. You must ask him for tips regarding Petra, so definitely stay there BEFORE going to Petra. His tips totally made our day in Petra, like three times better. All clean, we were served good dinner and breakfast.

Ahmed is the best host you will ever meet, I planned to stay 3 nights and ended up staying 5, one day it was soo cold and snowing so I just stayed at the hostel the whole day and honestly I felt like it was my home. Exceptional, very clean, hotel staff were very helpful, especially ahmad and osama, they were very caring for my wife and I from the first moment we arrived and became even more caring and accommodating when we told them she is pregnant, gave us great advice about visiting Petra given her situation . location was perfect. Such a wonderful hotel we wish we could have stayed longer to get a longer experience
