The breakfast options were outstanding, offering a variety of choices from traditional Arabic dishes to freshly prepared omelettes, vegetarian options, pastries, and toast. Everything looked so delicious, and I’m confident my husband and kids would have thoroughly enjoyed it if they were with me. As a light eater, I personally loved the cinnamon swirls, halawa, and the tea and coffee, which were excellent. The food at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, complemented by a lovely atmosphere and an amazing staff who were always ready to help. A special thanks to the Asrar Restaurant team including Iman, Qasim and the Manager/Supervisor for being so accommodating, kind and finding me a quiet spot to study when I needed it. Their kindness truly made my stay more enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped, offering everything you might need. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail when the cleaning staff literally replaced my toothbrush daily and anything I used was replaced and ensured the room was tidied and cleaned every single day. The Women Only Spa was an absolute highlight! With complimentary access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and more, it was a perfect escape from daily family life. I treated myself to a gold hammam with a massage and was blown away by the experience. The private hammam pods offered complete privacy, and the attentive staff especially Amira made me feel like royalty. From the personalized service in the hammam to the relaxing private massage room and the serene waterfall lounge, every detail was thoughtfully designed. The spa also included separate facilities for men on another floor so we had a whole floor just for Women, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing experience for everyone. Additionally, there was a salon where you could get everything done; facials, hair, nails you name it.

Excellent location, located on a hill, close to the remains of the ancient city. We were accommodated in a spacious, impeccably clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. The place for breakfast offered a superb view of the old town. Varied and filling breakfast, fresh and tasty local products, 10+. We recommend everyone who visits Jerash to stay here. Our thanks especially to Mr. Abou Tunis, very kind and obliging to our requests.

What an amazing place! Everything was great…location, food (breakfast) and our host in particular :) The three of us (family) stayed in one of the upper rooms and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and warm, we all liked it very much! This place has a cute terrace so you can enjoy your coffe-tea-breakfast time outside as well :) Great value for the money! I would stay here again :)

Everything, the hotel is clean and the price is fair. The design is great and the service is top. This hotel is better than all 5 star hotels I have been to in Jordan.

Breakfast and dinner are great, rooms are very good but the people running the hotel are superb and extremely friendly , specifically Lu'ay Samara , the operations manager who organised our sight seeing trips in Jordan. Towards , and in Petra we had a German speaking guy called Achmed and the driver called Tarek who were magnificent and showed us the beauty and history of Jordan. I can highly recomend this hotel and the people.

Great place,! Large rooms, confortable beds and fantastic view on the ruins. Abou Tunis, my host was so nice and attentive. I strongly recommend!
