This was my second time staying at the property and I also convinced my two other colleagues to stay here which they did not regret. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in an upscale and quite neighborhood, but not far from city attractions. The amenities were adequate and the bed and room was quite cozy and spacious with good views of the city. The front desk was efficient. The breakfast was good but didn't find my favorite falafal in the breakfast, and i recommend to add it to the menu. The hotel was 10 mins drive from Taj Lifestyle Mall and the City Mall. There is a mini supermarket, laundry shops and shawerma shops located just opposite to the hotel where one can grab a sandwhich at any odd time and buy any day to day amenities. also I fount a lot of tourists from different countries checking in and out which clearly is sign of confidence in the hotel. Overall, I liked to stay here and would definitely comeback in furture visits.

The location is great and the Terrace with the view towards the Roman site is wonderful. At the sunset, special. Very very very much appreciate the use of the terrace. It is open and free any time. You can buy excellent food for very good price at T&K just few minutes walking from the hotel and eat on the Terrace as you are in a top restaurant. Any info ? Everything was perfect! The family running the hotel is incredibly friendly, the room was newly renovated and spotlessly clean, and the local breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel is conveniently located on the northern side of the Jerash ruins, with the entrance gate just a short walk away. To top it off, the owner kindly drove me back to Amman after my stay. In summary, this is a perfect, homely place to stay while visiting Jerash. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The front desk team, especially Toleen, the restaurant team, and the housekeeping team were excellent. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is exceptional. It is located on a street with many shops, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was tasty and delicious. I enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The staff was extremly welcoming. Yara the manager made sure we have an excellent stay, but everyone in the hotel was friendly, and had a smile every time we meet them. All the questions were answered and we received help whenever we asked immediatly. Also the location is good. Lot of shops, restaurant nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
