The place is absolute wonderful with a great vision to keep getting better. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including getting local dinner - Sayadieh (rice and fish) and arranging a platter breakfast. He gave an extra blanket and as many bottles of water as required. The place is central, near South Beach and accurate on Google Maps. The entrance is just from the top. It's actually a 5 min walk to the beach, 10-15 to where many snorkeling places start. The owner has the Camel Dive Club so you can book scuba diving trips through him. He can also provide many recommendations on Aqaba being from there himself.

A very nice place with a beautiful panoramic view and stunning sunset. Musa is a very hospitable host — they organized a traditional dinner and breakfast for us and were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are unique, built from bricks, giving the place a truly authentic feel. They also offer hiking tours if you're interested.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights. After the first night in the twin room with a mountain view (the one we booked), we got an upgrade to a king room with a mountain view which we highly appreciated. This room was fabulous -tidy, spacious, the fridge, the tea kettle and the best view ever. We watched the sunrise and the sunset from our private balcony. The beds were comfortable to have a good quality sleep. The new hotel is owned by the family and all the members work together to take care of it. Upon arrival we were introduced to most of them. The family are sociable, helpful, ready to assist if you need anything. Mother (um Sohip -I'm not sure if I have written the name correctly) cooks tasty dinners with vegetables and olives from their own garden and the orchard. The surroundings are very well taken care of - the olive trees, roses, cactuses. The hotel owners have two dogs (we saw just one), very friendly cats (which will not bother you if you are not a cat person, though), two beautiful horses. During our stay we took a day trip to Wadi Ghuweir (highly recommended!!!) , an hour's drive from the hotel to Wadi Ghuweir parking lot, explored the village of Dana.

Our stay there was a great experience. The owner shared with us some interesting insights the place and a culture. The house and the area is really nice and the owner and his family was kind.

About four hundred years ago, the present village was built. Over the years, many families in Dana village have moved to the nearby village of Qadissiya in search of better jobs, schools, and housing....

Fun hotel and the room was excellent. The hotel provided a heater for the cold night in January. The buffet dinner and breakfast were amazing and we had more than enough food! The hotel is also very close the start of the Dana Trail.

I had an amazing stay at Dana Moon Hostel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. My room was spotless, which really added to the comfort of my stay. They even helped organize a fantastic hiking trip, which was a highlight. Food was great, guests from other hotels even dined at Dana gate lodge. Really good base to do some hiking. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotels little shop had good hiking snacks we purchased the morning we started our hike.

We stayed for two nights and had a lovely experience. The surroundings are beautiful, with amazing views and lovely hiking tracks. The village was quiet, with tiny shops around to buy snacks, coffee and juice. The staff was super welcoming, serving a plentiful breakfast buffet. We went for the dinner, which was also very nice. Staff are super helpful and happy to organize trips and provide recommendations on best sunset spots.
