This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. After spending a few chilly nights in Petra and Wadi Rum, it was such a relief to return to a warm, cozy room where I could enjoy a hot shower and truly relax. The room temperature was perfect, and the overall comfort really stood out. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the cleaning service was very thorough. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I like the staff, we arrived at early hour morning at about 5 AM out of hours check in, the reception and the staff Osama were very accommodating they took care of us, they have tried their best to get the room ready and while waiting they fed and fed us by 7 AM they let us have our breakfast. The main man of the house modir Moanad was very kind he let us check in early and put us on a suite room with no extra charge. Everything was organised. Generally all the staff are very hospitable and helpful.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is perfect if you are looking for be in the middle of the downtown. The employees are super good and kindly like Hadi. In the hotel help us to take transportation to Petra and for the airport at excellent price. We really recommended it.
