The host was very friendly and interacted warmly with us. I made a mistake in my booking and the host helped me solve it. The rooms are original, you sleep in a cave. They have a heater and they get cozy fast. I recommend the dinner also, it is local food and it has a good price.

This is a very beautiful and spacious apartment with a private garden. The interiors are quite unique and are worth seeing in person. The owner is very kind and helpful. The kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV are available in the apartment. It is located between Petra and Dana, making it a convenient base for visiting both places, if you are traveling by own/rented car. Very nice and peaceful place for a relax after busy day in Petra or Dana. It is located in the countryside, so there aren't many places to eat nearby.

Unforgettable stay at Dana Horizon Hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, the local food was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms, facilities and location of this property were great, slightly secluded from the main drag with wonderful views over Wadi Dana. The food was wonderful with a traditional Jordanian breakfast (free) and dinner (10jd) which were both plentiful and delicious. I got a packed lunch for my hiking trip which was an array of vegetables, a drink, and some tuna with bread. The service was excellent and I enjoyed my discussions with Mr Saleh about Jordanian life and the area. They were able to arrange transport to Wadi Ghuweir without a hitch and on time. Hope to be back sometime!

We had a lovely stay with a lovely host family . The whole family is so welcoming and caring . Walid organized a perfect hike ( Wadi Ghweir ) for us and after that we could relax in his beautiful garden . We booked breakfast and dinner , everything was fresh prepaired and tasty . We had a great time in an amazing nature . Would like to come back another time .

Super friendly staff, and an amazing location and ambiance! And the food is delicious!! They also gave me a private room instead of a dorm, because there were no other people in the hotel that night. Really recommend this place!

The stuff were great they give us all what we need the weather was too cold but they gave us a very good heater also you can find a hot water in the room for breakfast you can eat a very good traditional Jordanian food with hot tea. It was very intristing stay at Dana moon hostel

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views over Wadi Dana. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, and the presence of animals on the property adds a truly special atmosphere. It’s far away from the crowds, so you can completely switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners care deeply about nature. They transport guests with an electric car, and they make an effort to serve food that is homegrown or organic, which we really appreciated. Maqdam and his parents were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay, and the gardener welcomed us warmly as well—he was happy to show us the animals on the property, which was a delightful experience. The room itself is fairly basic and could use a bit more equipment, but the view over the valley more than makes up for it. Altogether, this place combines natural beauty, sustainability, and hospitality in a way that made our time here unforgettable. We left with heavy hearts, wishing we could have stayed longer.
