Blue lagoon is beautiful and definitely worth the trip. We also liked Winifred beach and French man's cove. It's a shame that Summerset Falls were closed when we visited. But the jerk center in the middle of the town right after the main gas station was really good and affordable. We lived and worked in the community for several years so we don't have a tourist mindset. Port Antonio is going through a lot of changes. It is a crowded place in the town. They have a fine Craft Market with an excellent Seafood Restaurant just outside the town at the foot of East Bay. Inn The Town is amazing! I've stayed before but in the 3bedroom. I booked the 3bedroom there was a misunderstanding so we took 2rooms instead. Nick was very accommodating problem solve . I’m so glad I picked this hotel. On a daily basis you could hear beautiful nature,ie, frogs/birds and this added to its wow factor. I loved the food and the chef Andre cooked what I requested so I had Jamaican food daily. It was finger licking good. The hominy porridge took me back to childhood and the meals he prepared for my son and I were of a high standard. I give 10 out of 10 for the food he cooked. I picked the higher priced studio, but once on pretty realised I had been DUPED by the website. One one room, and the lower end of the cost scale, was available. But having booked through booking, I had no recourse. That was not a sweet start to my stay… Booking, be careful! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, we added an extra day and it was no problem. No issues with WIFi or TV. Breakfast was delicious, perfect portion size. We found it quite easily, as it had a sign on the road and we got to everywhere in Portland easy from the location.
