This place was absolutely incredible. The rooms were huge and airy and finished to a great standard. The location is literally 5 minutes drive from the Centro by taxi and 20 mins walk. Micheal the owner, did the kindest gesture whilst we were there. We will definitely be back. If you want a refreshing hotel in Arezzo with incredible amenities this is the place. You won’t regret it!

Its an old charming building that makes us feel comfortable - like a grannys house with everything you need. The door locks, the stairs… everything has so much personality. Staff was friendly, especially at the restaurant. Make sure you check the Alpacas next to the parking lot - they’re cute!

This apartment was incredible. The owners are very lovely and we messaged a lot prior. They picked us up from the train station as there are no taxis. He drove us around the town showing us all the areas we will be visiting. The room is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable. We did not use the sauna as it's very hot outside. The hot tub was lovely to use. There is air conditioning in the living space and the bedroom. The fridge was stocked with yoghurts, water and jucies. There is plenty of coffee and tea options. Croissants and pancakes available for breakfast and lovely fruit bowl. We would love to return some day in a colder month to experience the sauna relax again.

The Villa is beautiful, stylish rooms with amazing view, typical Tuscan landscape. Everything is super clean and seems to be brand new. The host is very helpful and just a nice person! Perfect for a family with 4 kids. Everything was amazing, comfortable and warm apartment. Kitchen was stocked with food and even a warm pizza on arrival. We booked 30 minutes before arriving so no time for the typical cake...maybe next time. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
