Hotel was exceptional. Stuff was very kind and polite. There is a lot of extra contents like popcorn machine, plates with nuts and sweets avalible at all times. Rooms are large, very clean and beautiful.

great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

It was a great experience. The staff is great and very helping and welcoming. It has a great outdoor pool with a fantastic view and a great relaxing area and sauna included. The room was big and clean. The bathroom is great and warm. We had booked the half board option with a various options of morning choises and a good dinner.

In short: It was perfect. Helmuth and the team are friendly and helpful, I felt like a family member. The hotel was a great base for my motorcycle tour. Delicious food, comfortable and quiet room, beautiful place. Thank you for the hospitality, I will be a returning guest! :)

This is a very cozy and modern hotel. Next to it there is a restaurant and a brewery with very tasty beer. Breakfast was excellent. I was very pleased to see the plant milk pudding option. The selection of products and dishes is very good and reflects my idea of healthy eating. Sound insulation in the hotel is excellent, we did not hear any noise from the street or from the neighbors. The beds are comfortable and modern, I slept very well. Next trip I hope to stay at this hotel. It was 10/10 as a stopover along the way

Very nice hotel, professional staff. We had half-board, and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Absolutely great food. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. We were travelling with an 3-year old child, and nothing was missing for him. There is a small playground in the yard, and a playroom in the hotel. We even got a free room upgrade. Spa centre is really nice, and there is a family pool on the rooftop. The village centre and cable car to the ski resort are close, maybe 200 m away. Absoulte recommendation, we will come back for sure.

Our stay was fantastic. Hotel is partially newly refurbished in modern and cosy style. Rooms were spacious with everything needed, beds were comfortable and everything was incredibly clean. We appreciated change of our towels and room cleaning in the middle of our stay. Breakfast was delicious - especially homemade hams and jams. Staff was incredibly helpful, even getting a beer from tap wasn´t a problem when the restaurant was closed. They also prepared us a packed breakfast when we were leaving early to catch the first gondola in Val Gardena. There is also a small restaurant downstairs offering a choice of meals in the evening. Meals were also fantastic. BrixenCard which was included in our stay saved us a lot o money during rainy day and enabled us to enjoy nice activities for free.

Our stay at the hotel totally exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed — the special note and gift in our spacious, stylishly decorated room were such a thoughtful touch. The food was exceptional, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, many of which were produced at the hotel’s own farm. Every meal was a true delight.
