Everything was perfect. Location near a bus stop to Drei Zinnen ski area (2 buses per hour). 40 minutes by car to Kronplatz ski area and Cortina ski area - worth visiting for one day of skiing (buy Dolomiti Superski while decide to do so ). Breakfast and dinner very good - worth buying HB.

Hotel is a hidden gem. Very nice secluded location on the pass right before Sesto, sorounded with mountains, very romantic and very scernic. Hotel is a very good four star hotel, very clean, trooms are comfortable, bathrooms are big,bright and very clean. There is quite big wellness wuith a beautiful pool, jaccuzzi and different saunas. Breakfast is superb and dinner beyond everything. And they have very good and professional staff. We will definitely come again, we just hope, they will have the same chef also next year:-)

Very friendly and helpful host who was always available quickly. The contact in advance was very easy and the key handover worked wonderfully. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. You have a wonderful view of the mountains from the living room. I can only recommend the accommodation

Landscape is beautiful, well organizes services, buses, etc., people are very polite (only not nice experience was in MTB academy) and the other remark is that on Sunday all the shops are closed which is not usually in other cities in Italy.

Bus transportation was free and fairly frequent. There is not much in the center of Sesto, It feels like a passing route rather than a village, unlike San Candido where there are shops and cafes and restaurants. None of that in Sesto. Good place to stay if you want to hike around and nothing else. I think I would rather stay in San Candido or Villabassa next time. If you stay in Sesto make sure you stay at a hotel that serves breakfast and dinner. If you have an apartment you will need to cook as there is no good restaurant option.

Sesto is small, but has several markets and restaurants.

Sesto is small, but has several markets and restaurants. There are several lifts nearby (one in town) that will take one up to beautiful views, kid friendly play areas and extensive walking/hiking trails. A car isn’t necessary, but highly recommended, as Sesto is 6-7 km from the train station and getting further afield is much more convenient with a car than by using buses/shuttles. Several of the most popular areas to visit have restricted access and it is best to check restrictions, book early (if possible), and get to the trailhead/parking lot/etc. early. We were there during early July. Low season and ski season are probably different in interesting ways.

The apartment has its own parking lot.

The apartment has its own parking lot. The ski gondola is 5 minutes away by car. The apartment is spacious enough. The apartment has bed linen and towels. A 5-minute walk to the store-Spar. We ate at the restaurant at the top of the gondola.

Nice cheese production shop.

Nice cheese production shop. Good public traffic and shopping opportunities. Beautiful staircase to cemetery with skeleton paintings. 3 Rich choice of ski country cross paths. Various ski areas in close vicinity.

The breakfast was fantastic, with so much quality and choice The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and helpful I could only arrive after dinner time but was still fed with delicious pasta, thank you! The beds were very comfortable The rooms were very quiet The shower was powerful The view of the mountains from the hotel was magnificent The Moos, Kinigerweg bus stop was just outside the hotel so very convenient to get to by public transport Lots of hiking options on the doorstep

The location is outstanding and the Berghotel is exceptional. We particularly appreciated the attention to the environment- no plastic is used, with minimal waste. The staff was very kind and professional. The room had the breathtaking mountain view and it was spacious and cozy. Finally the food was also delicious and with wide choice. Highly recommended.
