Sarzana is an interesting, beautiful old town strategically positioned between the Liguria cities and beaches, and the Lunigiana. From there there is lots to explore, and a lot to enjoy in the town itself. Especially in the summer (Ma-August) for the cultural events organized by Angelo Tonelli for the series called "MYTHOS-LOGOS". Cinque terre very close by, and Lerici, Tellaro, Amelia, Pietrasanta, Massa and Carrara. Rooms on the ground floor have their own semi-private garden seating area. The hotel decor is from the early 90s but it is very well maintained. The room was clean with a fairly standard setup and size. Hotel represents good value for money and it is convenient.
