From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by staff that went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with transport, or just making sure I felt at home, their kindness and attention to detail truly made the difference. The hotel itself is a serene haven nestled in the mountains — waking up to the peaceful view of the Dolomites each morning was nothing short of magical. Every corner of the property exudes calm and care. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect start to a day of exploring or simply relaxing. The sauna and spa facilities were exceptional , and the Mountain View from the spa room was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave . The hotel was a 15 minute walk away from a shuttle bus that takes you to the Col Raiser cable car for free . Or a 10 minute to Oritisei if you want to get the Cable car from Ortisei to the top Seceda . If you're looking for a quiet escape with exceptional service and stunning natural beauty, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Smart design throughout, underground parking, and a fantastic restaurant. We loved the cozy space for evening relaxation and board games, and the beautiful furnishings gave it a really special atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We had such a wonderful stay – truly one of those places where you wish time would slow down. Everything was perfect: the bedroom, living room, bathrooms, and kitchen were spotless and spacious, and the terrace was absolutely gorgeous with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The location couldn't be better, nestled in a beautiful area just a short walk from the cable car. What made our stay even more special was Wolly. He was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly – offering us morning coffee, sharing great tips about hiking routes that matched exactly what we were looking for, and making us feel genuinely welcome. We’re especially grateful that he let us leave our car in the yard until the evening after check-out – such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Wolly, for everything! We left with beautiful memories and hope to come back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday house! Great location – very close to the cable cars that take you to Seceda and Monte Pana in the beautiful Dolomites. The area is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were very kind, welcomed us with gifts, and gave us great tips on what to see and do nearby. The house had everything we needed: brand-new beds, super comfortable mattresses, and the host kindly provided lower pillows upon request. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We stayed on the ground floor – although the weather was rainy, it was always warm inside thanks to the heating. A perfect place for both active holidays and peaceful rest – highly recommended!

Santa Cristina Val Gardena is an absolute gem in the Dolomites. The town perfectly balances peaceful Alpine charm with great access to outdoor adventures. It's smaller and quieter than nearby Ortisei or Selva, which made it feel more authentic and relaxing, but it still offers everything you need — cozy cafes, excellent restaurants, and beautiful walking paths right from the center.

Traditional Village that is set back from the main route so there is far less traffic than Selva. Still have quick access to the Sella Ronda from the main gondola Can be a little bit confusing navigating the pistes at first as they aren't all numbered clearly but it's quick to figure out. If you end up in Selva then there is a bus back but easier to take the gondola up and take the red down.

This stay had the most amazing views and the most charming hostess. She was very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed talking with her. The accommodations were comfortable. We walked from Garni de Chalet to a local restaurant that was very good. This town had two restaurants but a short drive or bus ride to Ortisei provided many more options to eat.

The new lodge is fantastic and was the best hotel of our trip . The manager ( Raffaella) is worth her weight in gold - friendly and attentive, very knowledgeable about the area and recommended walks and activities . The breakfast was exceptional as were the staff preparing and serving it and snacks and coffee were available throughout the day. The rooms and common areas were modern and relaxing , lovely little details everywhere and had amazing views . Loved the sauna in our room - perfect after a long walk .Parking out the front .

We loved this hotel. It feels modern and comfortable yet you can sense the history and it's really unique with lots of arty touches which must have taken a lot of thought. The rooms at the front with balcony give amazing views over the Dolomites and it's only a 10 minute walk into town. Very comfortable beds, great showers/baths, rooms are quiet and breakfast is amazing. There are even stain glass windows on the stairs!

Beautiful location and great scenery. Located right near several ski lifts. You can ski directly to the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and dinner. Clean and nice rooms, hotel built recently and is very modern, while still preserving a traditional atmosphere. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.
