Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.

The receptionists were fantastic and they made our stay even better. We arrived just after 12pm so we were too early to check in but the receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early. During our stay we had to go to reception a few times for queries and the staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. When we checked out the receptionist went out of her way to ensure we could get a taxi to the airport. The local taxi service was very busy so it was difficult to get a driver but she stayed on the phone to try get a taxi for us.

We liked absolutely everything about the place. It is as if you had a private beach access, that for us visiting in April was almost empty. The house have direct back access to the Cala Poetto. We had a room that was very spacious with a window to the beach and we did not hear the road, only sea! 😊 The bed is very comfortable and pillows are great. Place is very clean. Towels smell great. Andrea is a very nice and friendly host, he welcome us with a Prosecco and some local sweets! Thank you! 😊 We had a really nice chats and it feels as if we were staying with someone who we know already! He is also available and helpful host. We believe the place is in a great location for those who don't want to be too far from town centre but also not directly is busy area. It's also good starting point if you want to see Villasimius! Thank you Andrea for such a nice stay!

Exquisite Italian design with a priority on comfort. The hosts clearly have made this listing a labor of love. The rooms are bright, spotless, and spacious. The garden is Mediterranean horticulture in abundance, designed and planted by the owner, and there are beach clubs right across the street on the most famous beach in Sardinia. We spent one night at Loft 35 in Cagliari. We regret that we could not stay longer. Very nice flat, beautifully designed and equipped. Parking space in the courtyard, a very important element in a crowded city. Above all, a very warm welcome by Luis and her husband. Great couple very helpful and open to any help. I would highly recommend this place.
