Location is great. The hotel pool and restaurant are located right on the water, with access to a lovely private beach. There is also a beach hut serving drinks and playing music, which adds to the holiday vibe. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, which was great for my family (2 teenagers). It was quite new, clean, modern and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a standout. Best one I've had in ages. The pan choc are unforgettable. San Teodoro town centre is only a 10 minute walk away and has a nice vibe in the evenings with a night market, some shops and several restaurants to choose from. You can't go wrong here.

The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of salty and sweet options, pastries, and coffee. We checked out in the morning but our flight was scheduled for 23h00. The staff let us pass later in the day to shower in a bathroom near the pool and provided us with towels. That definitely improved considerably the comfort of our trip back home and added tons of value to our stay in the hotel.

We have been there for 7 days for vacation. After coming to the hotel, the receptionist explained to us everything that we needed and more- they gave us recommendations for the trip, what we can do and where we can go. The hotel is located in a great place, and you can rent a boat (have to pay), paddle, kayak (for free) if you want to go visit some places by yourself. Also, you can stay on the beach or private pool where we have been still in quiet, and you can enjoy your holiday. Also, the food has been awesome. Breakfast was included and during the day you can buy Lunch on the pool (12-14:30) or take a small brunch till 18:30 and dinner from 20:00. We don't usually go back to the same place, but I think that we will go back soon. I really recommending this hotel.

Big spacious rooms. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle services to rooms and beach available making everything feel like a real vacation. The beach is lovely and easy accessible. Breakfast + Dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, also Italian:) i.e. local & continental delicacies.

The view from the balcony at the entrance to the house is simply beautiful to enjoy having a coffee while enjoying it. Or even better to have a cocktail during night enjoying the fresh air. Other positive aspect is that you have some very nice beaches at a 15-25 min car drive. You need to be aware that you need to have a car to stay at Sanalvò and that you have to buy groceries in a supermarket and prepare your own food. For a next trip wouldn't stay so many days in one place. I would just switch to the south of the island to visit other beaches.
