Giuseppe! He was our favourite part of the entire stay, so friendly and warm to our kids and so incredibly helpful with things to do and places to go. The hotel was beautiful, clean and felt very elevated. Our room was a villa and had so much space. We loved everything about our stay and this hotel would be our first choice if we ever return to San Teodoro.

All on offer here is fantastic for a 3 star hotel, immaculately clean, the pool was absolutely lovely. Breakfast in the morning was everything acceptable in a better star hotel! Staff so friendly and helpful. Your room cleaned every day, fresh towels when needed. It’s a little bit of a walk into the centre of San Teodoro about 25mins, but well worth the walk (All flat). Great atmosphere in the bustling square especially on a Saturday.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay here! The hosts were very kind, they helped us with everything we needed. There would be some minor things to improve, but overall it was an amazing stay. The center of San Teodoro is 15-20 min walk distance.

    It's a beautiful place but it was very obvious that most of the locals were not super thrilled about the tourists and they took a lot of opportunities to overcharge and scam us, particularly at some restaurants. Please note that some people were very kind and welcoming but that wasn't common unfortunately. I wish I could say I loved San Teodoro but I had a much nicer time in Olbia.

    Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around.

    Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The night market is a nice to stroll through in the evening. La Cinta beach is lovely, can get busy and toilet/shower facilities are a bit ropy. There is lots of different types of accommodation too, to suit all needs.

    San Teodoro is a beautiful commune and has a very vibrant town centre which gets alive in the evening and goes on till late in the night. It had fantastic restaurants to choose from if you are a seafood lover. Dont miss Pescharia Saporia de Mare for seafood if you want to visit the locals’ go to place for seafood. The commune is also dotted with some of the best beaches of Sardinia like La Cinta, Cala Impostu and Cala Brindinchi among others. However, for the latter two you will need to book in advance, a way to keep the crowd at bay. Overall San Teodoro is a must visit if visiting Sardegna.

    the beaches are really super beautiful, clear water and...

    the beaches are really super beautiful, clear water and white sand ! but extremely full of people and families and noises, so it you like it it's fine. and sometimes the beaches are not even opened, unless you book on internet, which is very complicated. we found solutions by walking 2 kilometers on "La Cinta beach" till there was nobody, and then it was great !

    We stayed for 24 hours in San Teodoro only as we found it too busy and noisy. Fine if you love nightlife, Markets, clubbing and drinking cocktails! We then moved to the B&B Li Muntigeddi and loved it there as it was quieter. You do need a car thought to get to the beach. If we’d had longer we’d have liked to do boat trip and seen the local beaches.

    We stayed in San Teodoro for just 4 days.

    We stayed in San Teodoro for just 4 days. It was perfect for a short break but could also have stayed longer too. The town feels quite authentic, it’s not overly commercialised and there are no giant hotel complexes. It’s all about the food and the beach. Plenty of restaurants offering great fresh cooked Italian food. La Cinta beach is stunningly beautiful with soft white sand and clear blue sea. We went in mid May when it was quieter, cheaper and the temperature was still 22*c, which suited us fine.

    Lovely stay! It is very beautiful complex of apartaments with huge and very clean swiming pool and plenty places to relax. Rooms and area very quaiet and clean, very good located in walking distance to Centrum of San Teodoro. Close by beautiful beaches like Cala Brandinchi or La Cinta and more. It is also perfect base for traveling around amazing Sardinia. Host was nice, warm and he care about everything. Ladys from houskeeping were also super nice. This is perfect place to be. I fully recomend.

    Lovely little hotel, close to the beautiful beach of La Cinta. The bus from Olbia stops just in front. There are different services in San Teodoro, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and so clean. I had a quiet room, which was good to rest. Great breakfast with vegan options. Even a bar, really nice. And the best were the people who run the place. So friendly and helpful. It made the stay so much nicer. Thank you!

    We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and our kids loved the pool. The ocean view was really nice too. It’s worth noting that the accommodation is designed for longer stays as no staples were provided (oil,salt, washing powder etc). We didn’t really like San Teodoro - felt like a party town and had a gritty vibe to it, so were glad we were a bit out of town. The beaches are fairly close, which is handy

    Mario and Aurelia are most wonderful, helpful and kind hosts. The property is a 5min walk from the nearest beach (Cala d'Ambra) and there are many other good beaches a short drive away. San Teodoro town centre is a nice place to walk around. If you would like to take a trip to the nearby mountains, go to Monte Nieddu. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

    Staff was very kind, they were always smiling and gave a lot of information. Breakfast was good as well, really good Sardinia food- cheese, salami and barista coffee service. Hotel private beach was a bit far from entrance but very clean and nice to swim.
