The staff were incredible. The Flix bus drops you at the Bolzano Sud station which is no where near the main station and there were no taxis around in the early evening. I could have taken the train to the next station, but was unfamiliar with the metro system so when I called the hotel, they called me a taxi. That was just the beginnng of a great experience that included allowing me a late check out with no charge due to a rainy day departure. Breakfast was really good, the building is so interesting architecturally and very well decorated, and the location is great.

Perfectly location just a short easy stroll from the station and the hotel is located perfectly in the middle of everything. The room was clean and the beautiful staff were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight and the lovely staff took orders for coffees and teas just like a normal cafe and always asked if we would like another. Definitely recommend to stay.

Staff is very friendly & you feel that they individually care about you. Rooms are well equipped, very comfortable & designful with a great view. The dining room was beautifully styled and staffed. The overall styling of the entire building was exceptional. The staff and owner, who was always on site greeting his guests, were very friendly.
