This is such a beautiful boutique hotel that I wish I had more time to stay in it. I only spent one night, the room was very pretty, the amenities are lovely. I was given a room with a balcony that looked into the interior courtyard. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. The location is very central. I’m definitely coming back.

The staff was absolutely stellar in every way. They bent over backwards to help us with everything to make our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the bartender Jacamo served fabulous cocktails. The location was excellent. I would rate this hotel 10 stars!

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at this amazing hotel. The location is unbeatable, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding – everything was spotless and well-maintained. A delightful bonus was the Rituals body care products provided in the bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!

From outside you couldn't tell how modern the interior is. I liked the minimalist design. The room was big, the whole floor was quiet, and also the temperature was nice. The bathroom was clean and brand new, as everything else. The room TV has builtin casting so we could enjoy our shows there without any problem. We didn't use the wifi so I have no experience with that. We didn't have hotel breakfast so I too. From our window there was nice view of the Chiostro di Michelangelo. The hotel is in walking distance from Termini, however I suggest everyone to first go to Repubblica metro station and then turn to Via Cernaia. There are less people on the streets.

We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel to be wonderful. The staff were all so friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the location perfect and the rooms very comfortable. The quality of the hotel interiors and the design was also lovely. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

    Fabulous historic city where modern living sits nicely beside its ancient past. Loved the vibrancy. Loved listening to the lilting language (wished I could speak it). I thought the prices in restaurants and bars was fair. I especially thought transport was cheap and varied. Hop on - Hop Off experience essential. Pre book some tours that allow you to skip queues. Will go back.

    There is plenty to see and appreciate in Rome.

    There is plenty to see and appreciate in Rome. However, if you the least bit limited in your movement - hip/knee/back pain...you should probably not go. I wish I would have done this trip 15 years ago when I could have walked and tolerated much more. Stairs everywhere, steep streets, uneven roads, even the buses that have HUGE steps to get in. I think I walked 5 miles or more every day and felt horrible at the end of the day. But I did it!! The Vatican was amazing, just never realized how large it was and how much walking any tour had. Do this city when it isn't hot - NOT the summer months!

    Rome is amazing.

    Rome is amazing. This was my fourth trip there, and I was fortunate to have a prime hotel location to Vatican City. But it was still hard to do all that walking, because Rome is a city to walk. My recommendation: go while you're still young.

    Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect.

    Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The history, culture and architecture are amazing. Fabulous restaurants, excellent food and very friendly people who understand the Irish sense of humour and can have a laugh. We were only ten minutes walk from the Termini station and several of the attractions. Just be advised that the area around the Termini station isn't the best, so be vigilant, especially if its dark. Pickpockets are rampant.

    One of the great must-see cities in the world, great for food, sightseeing and even to relax. If possible, avoid the summer months when the city gets extremely crowded and there are long lines for most of the attractions.

    Rome is the most amazing city to visit.

    Rome is the most amazing city to visit. There is so much to do and see there. Every corner you turn there is something amazing to see, buildings, artists, shops, churches, restaurants, markets, and many more wonderful sights ❤️ Rome is easy to get around, there are open top buses, metros, buses, walking, taxis. I would book tickets for places to visit prior to going over. Start out early and enjoy the sights at your pace, it can be very busy there. Check out prices for accommodation as they vary a lot and check the reviews. I would 100% return to Rome.

I was in Rome for the first time and felt a little lost, but Anna's warm welcome made me feel at home and fall in love with Italy! The room was very clean, the room itself is large, bright and comfortable! Getting to the center is very convenient and fast!     The location was perfect for me. It's my favorite part of Rome and the hotel is so convenient and easily accessible.. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I loved being able to have a cappucino made for me (rather than out of a machine like many other "included" breakfasts I've had in italy). Having a kettle in the room was a nice surprise as well. This will be my 'go to" hotel in Rome from now on!

    The host was very hospitable and friendly and he directed us to the best and nicest places in Rome! The room was in excellent condition and the hotel is in a perfect location. A bonus is that if you’re walking in to the city centre, you will walk past the most amazing Gelateria, Guttilla (definitely worth a try!) We will definitely be coming back and staying at Guest’s heaven if we are going back to Rome!
