My father and I stayed at this hotel in two separate rooms and both rooms were absolutely fine. Clean and homei. The entire building is beautiful, for us travels, it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of fields, and that was the beauty of it. No noise other than the natural noise. Perfect escape. Modern building with aircons,nicely maintained bathrooms, and the garden is absolutely gorgeous! There is a swimming pool also, which is also carefully maintained and looked inviting. The staff is kind and speaks enough English to communicate!

The place is in a beautiful setting, with vineyards and Alpine peaks right outside the window. It’s a fairly new spot, and everything still looks fresh and modern. Incredibly friendly staff. Stayed one night, had dinner, ordered a main and salad, but the courses kept coming. We were full and continually entertained by staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Price for dinner was less than expected as well. Rooms were basic, but were clean with a/c, tv and WiFi. Breakfast and free parking too! Fun place to end our trip.

It is like being at home. Ornella, the owner is made for hospitality. Nothing is a problem. She takes great pride in the place. Sumptuous breakfast. Quite location and ideal for Villa Manin. Ample private and secure parking. We left with the feeling that we had visited a dear friend. We had stayed at other places in the area but this place is tops.

Everything except the busy road (we were cycling in). It’s an amazing place and well worth a visit. The apartment was beautiful, in an old building and very spacious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food and accommodation are great value.
