Absolutely everything ! The location is super, the receptionist very friendly and helpful, the room superb (spotless, comfy, big). The village, 5 minutes walk, was delightful with plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants.

There are plenty of hiking opportunities nearby, even from the apartment. Well-marked trails. There's also a bus service through the valley, and the tourist office offers a variety of activities for those interested. With the "Erlebniskarte" (Experience Card) you get from the landlord, you can use these for free or at a reduced rate.

Ridnaun is a perfect travel destination in both summer and...

Ridnaun is a perfect travel destination in both summer and winter; skiing in Ratschings is very pleasant and quiet; hiking at the Schneeberg mine or towards the glaciers is a challenge; valley hikes with a meal in a mountain hut are a dream.

I'll start by saying that it was my mistake to book a family...

I'll start by saying that it was my mistake to book a family resort, but I advise a couple not to go there. There's chaos everywhere, with screaming and crying children. I wouldn't recommend it to a couple looking for relaxation. I'll go home more tired than before.

A sophisticated accommodation in a beautiful location at the end of the valley, but we recommend that older guests find out exactly where the room is located BEFORE booking, in order to avoid unnecessarily long walks.

The Hotel Schneeberg is a little corner of paradise.

The Hotel Schneeberg is a little corner of paradise. The staff is delightful, helpful, and kind, the organized excursions are wonderful, and special praise goes to Daniel, who accompanied us on two of them and also taught us a new way to experience sauna infusions. All I can say is: seeing is believing!

I thought four days would be too long for late summer and...

I thought four days would be too long for late summer and the weather was unpredictable. Instead, every morning, whether sunny or foggy, we took many walks, some longer than others. It's a beautiful place, close to charming little towns and with many castles to visit.

One of the best hotels i’ve been so far! We couldn’t find a thing we didn’t like. Hotel was located in a beautiful area,sorrounded by mountains, big spacious room, the saunas & infinity pool fantastic, food was DELICIOUS, and the service on top!

Food was great, staff was very helpful and polite. Kids loved the pool and hotel provided free sledges for the kids. Food was also amazing and they could even make other things for the kids that are not in the menu.
