Everything is just amazing! The room is so beautiful, made of local black stones, yet modern and super clean. The bathroom is new and fantastic! There is so much staff in the room for breakfast- all sorts of coffee, tea, cookies, cakes, yogurts, water and a bottle of great wine. The host is the most generous and kind person we’ve met! He helped us so much when we had to repair our motorcycle, we have no words to thank him! We will definitely come back and warmly recommend on this fabulous place!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The wine room was cozy and beautifully decorated. every detail was added with such care, love, and savoir-faire. You can feel the personal touch in every corner. We were warmly welcomed and very well assisted throughout our stay, with thoughtful recommendations and clear communication. We stayed here for two nights, in the end of May. Andrea was the most welcoming and helpful host who has tried to take everything into consideration and answer all of your questions, even before you know you should ask about them yourself – just look at the work he has put into his PDF with restaurant recommendations etc. The area was quiet, even though there is some sort of car repair shop downstairs, but still close to everything. There were also blinds in the room, which kept the sun away enough. The rooms are small but tidy and cozy. I would stay here again!

The view from our room. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless. Although breakfast wasn't provided there was a cafe a few minutes walk away that was excellent. Martha the owner was lovely and so helpful, she should be very proud of her beautiful accommodation.

The staff working at the hotel are truly excellent. So welcoming and available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Room was top class. V clean, tiled floors, large bathroom and comfy bed. The buffet breakfast has a great selection which will cater fir all needs. Location was ideal, 10 min walk from town centre and directly across the road from waterfront, which is an amazing place to walk and soak up La Spezia atmosphere. I felt it was great value for my money, a practically new hotel, great location and great staff. I really enjoyed my stay.
