My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for only one night. However, this was the best stay of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness and warmth .The staff were superb. Luigi was a fantastic host. He drove us in and out of Positano, which made everything so effortless. We had to leave very early on the morning of our departure and he even got up early to make us a lovely breakfast before we had to leave. The room was really well finished, spacious and comfortable and we had a great view of the sea with a lovely seating area on the balcony. It was great value for money. The Almalfi Coast is filled with countless typical hotels, but Hotel Pellegrino is an authentic, family run gem in the middle of it all.

This was our best stay on the Amalfi coast. We got a room with sea views and a little balcony, it was very pleasant to hang out there during the day. The staff is lovely and did all they could to help us with every need. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it. There are a lot of options on the breakfast buffet and the shuttle to the city center/beach is very convenient. The only regret we have is that we didn’t book the room for more nights!

The most magical experience of our lives. By far the best luxury hotel we have stayed at. The service from all the staff were so incredible!! From the welcome bottle of champagne to the turn down services at night, I couldn’t fault a single thing! Praiano is a perfect place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. Nice and quiet but with local shops and restaurants. One way on bus to Positano and other way to Amalfi in a short time, so very easy to reach all areas of Amalfi coast. The little local supermarket was perfect for buying supplies. A good range of restaurants in beautiful romantic settings overlooking the coast. The church is divine and the people are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Praiano for staying on the Amalfi Coast.

Praiano is a great location to stay in the Amalfi coast for viewing spectacular sunrises & sunsets, and if you want to avoid the crazy crowds in Amalfi & Positano as it is sandwiched between these two major tourist destinations in the Amalfi Coast. It is much cheaper to stay in Praiano, but relying on Public transportation is a real hardship if you don’t have a car or bike/scooter. For that reason, Maiori and Minori are much better locations that provide the same calm, affordability and easy access as Praiano. There are also some very restaurants in these 3 towns.

You definitely need a degree of fitness for getting up and down stairs both to the property and to the beach . However the views are stunning and the location very peaceful . Lots of good places to eat within A short walk . Able to access the path of the gods for walkers .

We enjoyed Praiano immensely and would make that our home...

We enjoyed Praiano immensely and would make that our home base if we were ever to come back. We found a few very nice restaurants with lovely staff and delicious food. Went down the 400 hundred steps to the lovely beach with aqua blue water. Getting around is a bit of a challenge with all the steps. We enjoyed the challenge. It was also nice to get away from the tourists. Prison is much quieter.

Praiano is a great place to be if you're ok with staying local and in a smaller town. Amazing views, not very walkable (as in there's not really a strip or a condensed area to visit, it's a little spread out).

We loved the views the marina, the accomodation, the friendliness of the locals, the location was perfect for us, the bus was virtually at our front door. We had a recomme nation of Il Pino restaurant and had a great meal there with entertainment

Everything was perfect! The view from our room was amazing and Miguel is the best and most kind person in Italy! He gave us directions and many helpful advices. A very good and happy person! We are going to miss Diana’s cake every morning and the amazing view. Priano is a very beautiful and quiet village with positano view so it was a great choice to stay there! We had a great time! Thank you ♥️

Everything. Maria was the perfect host. The room was absolutely breathtaking, we were amazed with the views and how clean everything was. Breakfast was so cute on our terrace. The view from our balcony was unbelievable and didn’t feel real. We have toured Italy and staying here and being on the Amalfi Cost was everything we had hoped for and more. We will defo be back!!!!

Centrally located in Praiano, the hotel is a perfect starting point for exploring the Amalfi Coast. The provided parking spot is a big plus, breakfast is outstanding with plenty of choice, and the spacious rooms with a nice balcony make the stay very comfortable.

I super loved this hotel, and honestly staying here in this hotel in praiano is better than staying in positano, because this way you have the view of calm sea + positano. + staff are super lovely and helpful. They helped us rent a scooter and book some taxis.
