Truly outstanding service. The staff anticipated and fulfilled all our needs, some typical, some not. We got all the information about local restaurants at check in, alongside with a rebate coupon for a few places. The breakfast was excellent - honey straight from the honeycomb is something to remember. The location is quiet, removed from the motorcycle-busy main road. It is a bit of a walk to the city, but we didn't mind.

Someone came and met us in the town when we arrived to give us the key. They were very hospitable! The only thing I would say is that it was a bit confusing to check in. Nevertheless we had an exceptional stay! There’s a sauna and steam which we used and the unit itself was brand new. Beautiful view of Ponte di Legno!

this is an old fashion hotel, cozy with a lot of character. it is located close to the city centre and to the gondolas to take you to the slopes. the owner/manager and stuff are very kind and always greet with a smile and gave us a really good feeling. it has good selection of cheese at the breakfast and willing to provide additional foods at our selection. we really enjoyed staying here and would recommend this hotel if you want to ski and be close to an Italian old town rather then close to the slopes at the Passo Tonale.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Mirella. It was perfect for our family skiing holiday. Our room was comfortable, clean and warm with a stunning view from the balcony. The swimming pool was lovely to come back to after a day on the mountain. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The shuttle bus to and from the gondola was great and the equipment storage provided by the hotel there was ideal.

The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk from the vibrant town center, which is full of restaurants and shops. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. While we couldn’t bring our bikes into the room, there is a secure bike storage room with cameras and restricted access, which was reassuring. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options.

It creates a very clean and cosy environment that is central in Ponte Di Legno with only a 15 minute walk to the ski lift and also being within a short walking distance to the centre. A very welcoming and helpful host who was happy to answer any questions.
