First up, Giacomo and Lorenzo were the best hosts you could ask for. The Villa and property are stunning. It is quiet and the breakfast was delicious. The Villa is located reasonably close to the old city centre and is a nice walk.

Loved our stay in this hotel. It is a quaint place with only few rooms. Although not equipped with a lift, the host offered to help with luggages herself and if I am not mistaken there is also a room on ground floor which you can request rather than missing out on this hotel. The owner helped us with parking to be able to be close enough to park our cars and walk. It was a 5 minute walk to street parking as inside the city one cannot enter without a permit. Also close to the centre (Torre del Mangia etc) which is only 7 mins away on foot. Room was lovely and extremely clean! Loved it and wished we could spend more nights here. Definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect! This was my favorite stay by far. The staff was so warm and kind. The room had an INCREDIBLE view of the city, as well as a balcony for guests to sit and admire the city. I wish I could stay here longer!
