Cool breeze blows through the flat. Nice view. Host kept his promise to keep workmen away. Plenty of hot water through solar panels. Quiet and private, even though there are resident neighbours.

Well what isn't there to like about this beautiful place. Every square foot has been exceptionally planned around the guest as I personally couldn't find one fault anywhere. Not 1 area was anything but extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member does Everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and personal as possible, especially Sebastiano and Giuseppe, the amount of attention and communication between the team is exceptional. We're already on about when we are going next. I could go on and on so I'll leave it here. Simply one of the best

The hotel is amazing. It is located right on the water with many levels of public terraces, so there were many options for having breakfast or a drink and enjoying the views. There are many spaces to explore within the hotel each decorated with interesting antiques. It is a great base for exploring Ortigia and the staff was so available and friendly with many great suggestions for nearby restaurants and more. Our room was on the top floor facing the street and was a nice size with a tall bed, plenty of room for our stuff and a decent bathroom with shower. We made it a point to return for afternoon drinks as the hotel is really a charming place to dwell.

The hotel is very charming and close to Ortigia city walls. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Beverages from the mini bar - water and various soft drinks- were for free. Breakfast was very complete - you could even prepare your own cannoli- and you could also order special meals from the kitchen. Coffee was glorious!

    The area is about 20 minutes from the main city by car.

    The area is about 20 minutes from the main city by car. It is a quiet area with simple reasturants on an undeveloped sea inlet. There are farms and boat yards on the bay. The area does not have many tourists so if you’re wanting to getaway from city life this may suit you. I would say a car is necessary to explore this area. We ate at a small restaurant with outside area by the water. Great sunset followed by reflection of the city lights over the bay.

    Superbly appointed property. Mature, colourful garden with flowers and palm trees. Quiet, secluded and safe. Contemporary design, incredible art works, yet homely and warm. Beautiful throughout. Excellent aircon. Lovely pool. Car port. State of the art TV and sound system. Wonderful coastline within a few minutes drive. Syracuse within 20-30 drive.

    The owner, Raimondo, was extremely nice to deal with despite the language difficulties. It was a great location for exploring Ortigia and Syracuse if you are happy to drive everywhere. It was very quiet. A great pizza restaurant 20 mins walk away as well as a small supermarket.

    Clean room, friendly host. Big kitchen (shared) if you want to make something yourself. Its a quiet location to come to rest after you visit the city Syracuse/ isola di Ortigia and its not a far drive with the car.
