Aside from the attractive and very comfortable room, there was a welcoming lounge for relaxing, and a generous breakfast was served in another. character-filled space. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful outside and in. I lost my beads behind built in furniture and they retrieved them for me. Breakfast was generous continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff always on hand making sure we had all we needed. Would def stay again and highly recommend. One of our group had an amazing terrace balcony where we were able to share our carry out pizzas, very pleasant, our hosts provided cutlery etc.

The breakfast was exceptional. 5 star gourmet. The rooms are also new and of the highest quality. We had a great view of Assisi and a sauna and steam room and something called an emotional shower. Fortunately its emotions were all good. The staff were lovely and could not have done more for us.
