The first thing to mention is that the apartment is located in an authentic area. Despite a delayed flight and our late check-in after 10 pm, the host and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us get to the apartment, and created a very pleasant atmosphere. Lovely old sprawling house and gardens. Host was lovely and very friendly. He couldn’t do enough and offered us a free beer. Our room was up the staircase which was filled with very interesting artefacts from around the world. Very homely stay and breakfast was healthy with no hot items. Our room was large and the bathroom very nice.
