Hi, we were travelling by motorbike and stayed at this hotel for one night, but I would definitely and happily return to this hotel for a longer stay. Super staff , special huge thanks to Elio for his responsiveness, help and kindness. The location is great, the rooms are cosy, clean and quiet. We were offered a more comfortable room and more spacious than the one we had originally booked. This is a huge plus and such attention is very rare. We were very pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, they don't write about it on Bpoking, it's like a bonus from the hotel. The hotel is great, I would love to come back again ! First and foremost, the staff was amazing, especially Giacomo! He alone would make me come back to this hotel! Super helpful, kind and understanding. He is the best person person I've met during my road trip in Italy. It's a lovely small hotel situated 20 minutes by foot from the city centre. The scenery is nice and the location is quiet. The parking can be a bit awkward, it is quite narrow but perfectly doable. The entrance is right from the main street, don't follow the GPS like I did and drive into the long narrow street before it, you will suffer greatly (trust me). The breakfast was standard but pretty good with a lovely lady to make you some good coffee. If I ever go back to Siena, I'm definitely staying here again.
