The most amazing experience of booking! Apartament has such an amazing view, Victoria is so lovely and helpful! She adviced us were to go, what to explore, even where we can find a parking spot in Bellagio! Our dog loved this apartament also :) Don’t think much and take this and you’ll be very happy! Staff is exceptionally helpful and communicative. They establish a communication channel with you via WhatsApp and makes it easy for you to provide updates and ask questions if needed. The restaurant AlMolo5 is amazing as well. The interior is fabulously designed and is warm and cozy.

We absolutely loved it! We had good communication with the host Victoria. She was very helpful with booking us a table at the local restaurant. One of the greatest properties I've ever stayed at. The house, the location, the host, everything was just perfect. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The house is right on the lake, amazing views. Very spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. And the host was amazing!! I would definitely go back.

The Views are outstanding the apartment is spacious with plenty of room and a pool to cool off in. In a quiet area of Lake Como and very private. Ricardo was exceptionally great as our daughter got engaged on the lake he organised everything for us 🙌. Very clean and well run we would definitely stay again and or recommend.

Cute little village.

Cute little village. Since we were there in the off season, it was very quiet with only a few options open for restaurants and groceries which were lovely. We spent the majority of the time in our villa and exploring the lake and the towns of Como, Bellagio, and Lecco.

Great transport links just outside the property with ferry...

Great transport links just outside the property with ferry port within 2 minutes walk, access to small beach and lake for swimming, we travelled all round Lake Como and surrounding area, so property was a great base. Hosts provided us with everything we needed and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay, Hosts day 1, took us to local supermarket to stock up. Hosts day 1 took us to local bakery/coffee shop. Hosts day 2 provided us with list of places to visit & how to use local transport. Hosts throughout our stay done a fab job, big thank you to the family for welcoming us into your home, plus we loved Mrs G, Andrea, Nina, Mr G, and Mr A, the brother.

We should have booked a different area with restaurants and...

We should have booked a different area with restaurants and facilties nearby instead of having to drive everywhere. We werent aware that walking wasnt advised as this is something we enjoy very much. Should have done more resaerch on the area and where to stay. Although very beautiful scenery we needed to be more connected with civilisation

The restaurant was good .

The restaurant was good . It was closed on the Monday but Victoria booked la pergola for us which was easy to get to by bus and also a lovely place . She picked us up after we had eaten which was really kind . We hired a boat for five hours which was great fun .

Loved our stay at Residence Mathilde. Roberta was a wonderful host and the apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Lovely garden on the lake set up with chairs and loungers. Use of a washing machine was appreciated. Thank you

We had the lakeview room and whilst it was small, the view and balcony made up for it. We can not fault this hotel at all. We ate at the restaurant and it was lovely, we used the free electric bikes that are offered by the hotel and drank at the bar. Our breakfast was plentiful, fresh and served on our balcony! Victoria was amazing and would do anything to make your stay special! We loved the local feel of the location and only 15/20 mins by ebike to Bellagio. We also used their parking garage for our car. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Amazing stay ! The apartment is so comfortable, well equipped and with a stunning view ! The beds are very comfortable as well. Easily comparable to 5 star hotel. Larysa is a super host who cares a lot about the details and remains available any time. We were here with our 2,5 years old son and it was a perfect setup. The location is very convenient as well. In a quiet area 5min walk to the lake and 15min drive to reach Bellagio. I can only recommend it !

Very nice, clean, and functional apartment with a large terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. Ideally located just a few steps from the lake. While there’s no direct lake view from the apartment, guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner by the water on a private terrace reserved for hotel guests. Parking nearby is very easy.

Really cozy village to live in. Easy to get to Bellagio with either bus or ferry. Sadly both bus and ferry stops going after ~18:30 but you can take a taxi if you want to stay in the surrounding villages later. The apartment were great, not really anything bad i can say about it!
