Host was friendly and flexible. The location is very private and the buses to Lecco station are a few minutes walk. There is a nearby grocery shop and one can buy bus passes from the local bar cafe which is a few meters away from the grocery store. From Lecco station we took a further train to Varenna station where one can get into Ferry to Bellagio or Mennagio. Also, we took the fast trains to Milan from Lecco.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with so much hospitality and the staff really does a lot to get to know you and make your stay great. We had a little hiccup with our booking and the staff did so much to fix it and gave us a great stay and were really helpful giving us ideas on how to spend our week in the Imagna Valley. The food was great, the view was outstanding, the spa facilities were great, and the other guests at the hotel were respectful. Def. a perfect place for a laid-back and comfortable vacation while still having the perfect amount of luxury. We were there for our honeymoon and would recommend especially for couples.

Amazing location, just in front of the river Adda. Multiple terraces overlooking the river, the town and the mountains. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous. All the details around the hotel made it feel so homey and cosy, yet "posh" in a rustic way. It has a lovely garden. Very nice breakfast too. Definitely a 10/10 and I would love to go back to it.
