The house is very comfortable and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The host is exceptionally kind, patient, and friendly, which made us feel truly welcome and at ease. This is an excellent place to stay if you’re traveling in the area. We were traveling as a family and rented the entire house, so having only one bathroom worked fine for us. However, this might be an important consideration if you plan to share the space with other guests.

Location excellent for visiting friends and family with superb views from our very quiet room overlooking the valley and the mountains. A good start point for walkers to visit the Parco di Monteveccia and the valley of Curone. Everything is really well thought out, we were travelling with our dog and the pet fee is very reasonable, and we were met with a little surprise (some toys and a water bowel) in the room. The staff is extremely nice and willing to help and the grounds and facilities are awesome!

Mauro was amazing, he treated amazing from Comunication to receiving us first minute. The attention from him and the staff was always above & beyond. The restaurant is a must, the food is spectacular and you should reserve in advance because I'm pretty sure in high season it is highly demanded. The rooms are superbly clean and are huge, view is amazing I really think this hotel should be ranked higher than what internet says, for me a five star all the way.

Seldom have I so enjoyed a hotel this much. First - quiet setting overlooking the river to Brivio with stunning views from every floor. Second - restful gardens to relax in. Third - excellent restaurant at waters edge with beautifully presented tasty food and a good menu. Fourth - spacious room, spacious bathroom and excellent toiletries. Honestly, it was a haven after a very busy 2month holiday.

Simply Bellissimo! This was BY FAR our favourite hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon. From the hotel facilities, to the incredible staff, to the food, location and our bedroom - we were blown away. The service was 100/10 and the room was incredible. We felt so inspired afterwards we want to incorporate some of the bathroom designs into our own home renovations! We cannot wait to come back one day, hopefully in the near future!

The restaurant is fantastic! Complete, healthy, and tasty food. Our room was beautifully decorated with all the comfort one can hope for. Everybody working at this beautiful hotel is nice and efficient. This place must be idyllic in the spring and summer.

Wonderful boutique hotel, lovely view over the lake, friendly staff and great food. A little out of the way of the main town, we didn't have a car but enjoyed the walk to the station, a car would be preferable.

Don’t understand why rated as 9.4 on booking.com and non of the reviews mention the 30euro room service charge or the fact that the hotel is so remote that this hotel is not accessible without a car
