This place was a total gem! If you haven’t tried agriturismo yet and are willing to try, Cantina Perandria is definitely the place to go! The property is surrounded by vineyards, far from the noise of the highroad and is extremely calm and beautiful. The room and bathroom were minimal yet lovely and super clean. We had a great sleep there! The greatest asset for the place are the common areas - big patio to sit around, many lounges to relax, even a pickup to enjoy music in the evenings. We have never experienced a place so welcoming as this one! Breakfast was like a buffet with savory pastries and cakes from their own pasticceria in the village - delicious! One night we had dinner there, that was a unique experience- we tried lots of Sardinian delicacies and I would definitely recommend that you join during your stay as it will make the experience even more memorable. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and friendly and all in all we had an amazing stay there and wish to come back in the future for more days!

Great location, peaceful and quiet... Away from the noise, to calm down. Excellent apartment with a large terrace, parking in front of the house. The room was clean as in the pictures. Modern bathroom, wifi, clean sheets, everything can be prepared in the kitchen. Little bumpy road to location around 15 min drive (macadam potholed road), we were happy with helpful owner. 15 minutes away from Olbia, i reccomend.:))

Everything was perfect in this place ! Georgia and her family/team were absolutely devoted to us and very kind ! When we had any question or specific need they were able to support us and give us the best recommendation (restaurants, questions about the place, etc..) The place was very clean and safe and peaceful with the swimming pool ! The breakfast was very great and we also had the opportunity to have a diner and taste Italian dishes and to visit some animals around the place with Georgia. Special mention to Georgia and her family and teams : all the staff were amazing, at our disposal for any need or questions. We definitely recommend the place and hope to come back as soon as possible ! Thank you again !

The place is simply magical, in the mountains, in solitude, in silence. 4 days of relaxation in a relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfasts (pistachio croissants are the most delicious on the island)) Clean, stylishly furnished room, very comfortable. They will help you with any question. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We can confidently recommend this place ❤️

Cozy, well-maintained apartment. All necessary amenities are available on-site. A very kind and helpful owner lives next door, ensuring easy contact if needed. Even the language barrier wasn’t an issue. Super comfortable beds. Great location as a base for trips.

Amazing place. The room is extremely spacious, you have everything there. Kitchen, fridge, a table to have breakfast/work, and a very large bathroom with shower. The location is OK, I was on my way to Olbia from the west and it came more or less along the way. Definitely recommended for such a good price

Monti is a village.

Monti is a village. Not much in the way of restaurants or shops. I dont think theyre used to foreigners we spoke Italian am not sure many people spoke English. In hindsight I think we should have stocked up on supplies and left them in the fridges (one in room one in kitchen. But Monti is a good location.

They are friendly and welcoming, and the room is beautiful.

They are friendly and welcoming, and the room is beautiful. Excellent breakfast, excellent value. The property is located in the Sardinian hinterland, 20 minutes from Porto Rotondo and Sardinia's most beautiful beaches. The place is truly peaceful, a must-see.

The location and the friendliness and warmth of Paolo and...

The location and the friendliness and warmth of Paolo and his aunts. I wasn't able to use the pool because I only stayed one night. Unfortunately, there was no one there for breakfast in the morning, and since we and other guests had to catch the ferry to Olbia, we left without being able to have breakfast.

There's not much to do in Monti.

There's not much to do in Monti. There's a winery, and the wine is excellent. At the entrance to the village is a shop where you can buy groceries. There's a fantastic restaurant, recommended by the host. Excellent food and service, all at a very reasonable price. The restaurant windows offer a beautiful view of the village and the mountains.
