The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel really welcome. The pool area is amazing — clean, quiet, and with stunning views of the Tuscan hills.
