Fernando, the owner, was most gracious and showed us the history of the property and his wine making skills. The location is between the beach and mountains so it was perfect for us. Very quiet, amazing views, great pool, outdoor grill area he has great wines available from his vineyard which we took a tour of. Can't say anything bad about his place!

This is a beautiful region of Italy. It is remote and can only be reached by car or bus. I was in town for a concert in Servigliano. It took a bit of coordination to figure out how to get there easily. I enjoyed how quiet it was and would have liked to stay longer than overnight. The sunflower fields are beautiful.

The Fermo region is magnificent, with a landscape of verdant hills, olive groves, and vineyards, and historic villages perched atop their hills. In the warmer months, swimming in the sea is easily accessible, as it's only a 30-40 minute drive away. Alternatively, hiking in the mountains is just an hour's drive away.

Everything is perfectly organized by the municipality of Servigliano for parking. Returning to Montegiorgio, it's a little Siena because each of its districts is represented by their respective flags.

We own a family holiday home in the neighbourhood of the hotel. There happened to be an overlap in departure and arrival from family members in our house, so we decided to book a hotel in the neighbourhood for one night. Friendy staff who proposed to wait for us despite arriving (too) late (23:15) for check-in. Nice spacious premium room and bathroom with separate shower. Excellent value for money!

Casa San Ruffino is a fantastic place. The hosts Carina and Peter makes you feel extremely welcome. Dinner is great. Breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had (maybe the best). Rooms are very nice and so is the pool area. A lot of small medieval cities in the area. If you look for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to go.

Montegiorgio is a very quiet hilltop town. The location of the B&B is in the old town and very hilly to reach. A very charming house with splendid views, balcony and a small garden (that we did not visit). Renovated in a nice way, comfortable beds, stylish bathroom, very clean!
