We had a lovely time as a family. Federica provided very helpful information The flat was clean and spacious, with beautiful Italian décor. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. A truly wonderful experience for us as a family, and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing property manager who gave valuable tips for exploring the area (places to see, bus departure times etc.). Exceptional breakfast with fruits freshly collected from the garden and freshly baked croissants with filling of choice. The room was clean and well equipped, water and snacks free of charge. We spent a fantastic week full of experiences in this beautiful place. Thank you to the hosts for taking extra care of us 😀 The apartment is beautiful, clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts (air con, washing machine,... ) Very comfortable mattresses and pillows, so perfect relaxation is guaranteed. The reservable parking space and the nearby beach are a big plus and rare in this area. The location of the is apartment is perfect, for us it was the base for exploring the peninsula. It was great to come back here, to end the day with a swim in the sea and dinner, knowing that we had a secure parking spot. There are sandy, pebbly, crystal clear beaches nearby and excellent restaurants on the beach. Public transport is also good, a bus stop is for a 7-minute walk, from where you can get anywhere. Meeting point for excursions is also here. Thank you Manlio and Maria once again for your kind hospitality and assistance with the excursions, we will be back for sure 😍

Beautiful apartment with an amazing outlook from the balcony. Good bus and train service for visiting Sorrento, Pompeii, etc. Had a relaxing six days here after five days of hectic activity in Rome. Perfect. Antonio, the host, responded immediately to a shower problem that was fixed within two hours. A nice guy. Apartment lift takes you down to the beaches and restaurants. A small, peaceful sea front within a small community that has a couple of supermarkets and bars. We loved it.

Property exactly as advertised, beautiful mediteranean villa in a garden full of orange and lemon trees. Comfortable, clean and with all amenities you might need. Francesca was always really welcoming, super prompt and friendly and ready to help even with tips and recommendations. A big plus was the private parking under the lemon trees :) Not to mention that is the harvest season for oranges and Francesca spoiled us with lots of delicious oranges freshly picked directly from the trees.

Lovely village.

Lovely village. Fabulous views of Bay of Naples, Capri and coastal area. gorgeous cafe across from Church del Lauro. friendly and chatty owner. Local Sita bus available and frequent - central to visit Piano de Sorrento, north to naples and down south to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi Coast. Supermarkets/local shops for supplies.

Meta was a great location if looking for an affordable base...

Meta was a great location if looking for an affordable base to explore the coast. We were able to catch the bus into Sorrento daily (it can be a bit of a wait and not always on schedule), and also connect to Amalfi and Positano via the SITA buses.

Meta is lovely.

Meta is lovely. I would use it more as a base though and tour around. Like Pompeii or Rome which was a short trip. It’s pretty quiet, not much around for a grocery store but the people were some of the loveliest we met throughout our tour through Italy. Bus is decent, hard to get a taxi. Train service excellent. You must try Le Conca restaurant in Meta - we went every day, is what THAT good! https://www.ristorantelaconca.net/ Wifi was spotty throughout, but we were having severe rainstorm while here which impacted where we could go. Sorrento was flooded.

We only had a couple of days and we arrived in the middle of...

We only had a couple of days and we arrived in the middle of heavy rain quite late. We spent the following staying close to the beach and had lunch at TicoTico (suggested by our host) which was excellent! Meta is a quieter place to stay than Sorrento but we found it easy to get there by bus.

Basically, the beaches were crowded, plus there were nothing to see during snorkeling. So we usually travelled to other places. Unfortunately the public bus transport is pretty bad. No timetable, what google map finds is either out of date or simply not as it expected. We had never known if a scheduled 1-2 bus is coming or not. Total stochastic, and it is pretty bad in the evening. The place itself is nice, but that's all.

Lovely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful location. The host/agency were well organised, helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped and very comfortable with a spacious, modern bathroom. Meta itself has a beautiful coastline and some nice places to eat, especially down by the sea - an easy 10 minute walk from the property. Plus it's a good place to be to get to other attractions such as Pompeii, Sorrento or Vesuvius.

The hosts are super helpful. The property is amazing and well-equipped with everything. The location is close to Sorrento and easily accessible via bus/train. The hosts even came to pick us up at the Meta train station. The property was clean. I would recommend this to everyone coming to the Amalfi coast.

The staff are friendly and helpful - special thanks to Maria who arranged for the driver to fetch me from the train station and drop me off at the hotel. The hotel has a private beach which is available for all guests to use. I’ll definitely be booking again when I’m in Sorrento.
