The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped us with advice what to see around and made sure to check on how we are doing daily. The bed was also very very comfortable, and the room was overall cozy. There was complimentary water which I truly appreciate. Breakfast is served at a reasonable hour, and while it was not overly various, it had just enough essentials.

Everything! First of all the location is excellent! Stefano is great, everything was quick and easy to arrange. He was there and answer very quick for any help we needed. The room is big enough for two, the bathroom is huge! Every morning the maid cleans, clean towels, snacks, coffee and water... The view from the room on the beautiful courtyard, full of greenery, a real tropical garden! For every recommendation!!!

I wasn't aware the Melito di Napoli wasn't actually a part...

I wasn't aware the Melito di Napoli wasn't actually a part of Naples. It boarders Naples, but isn't actually part of Naples, and because of that, Taxi drivers rip you off. I had one taxi driver tell me that because the drop off was outside of Naples, he'd be charging double the meter rate... For an extra 5 minutes outside of the city... It's just crazy. Also the area we were in was beat up and really sketchy. We weren't comfortable just walking around, even in the daylight. Avoid Melito di Napoli, and stay in Naples.

The property was clean, warm and easy to navigate. However, what I will remember most about the property is the people. Over the years, I have stay in some very exclusive hotels. The level of courtesy, thoughtfulness and hospitality matched that of a hotel three times the price.

We only used the room to stay overnight before flying back home. For that purpose was good since it was about 12 min by car from the airport and free parking in the hotel was ensured. Staff was very helpful..
