The room surpassed our expectations as it was bigger and a lot prettier than shown in the pictures - we booked the ‘foresta incantata’. The cleanliness was outstanding and the staff was kind and very helpful even before we arrived (they addressed our questions and requests via email promptly and professionally). The building is modern and located a few minutes away from the centre of Montecatini where you can find lots of restaurants, bars etc. If returning to Montecatini for a romantic gateway, we will defiantly stay here again.

The location was extremely nice. It was in a residential complex and nice society. The breakfast was delicious and a wide variety to choose from. City tax was less. The view from the room was beautiful too. We could see the clouds crawling down the hill. There was free parking. The hotel has spa and salon services as well. The pool area was maintained and good to go sunbathing. Good quality bath soaps and shampoos. Instant hot water.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing escape with well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant for dinner, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The quality and presentation of the food were outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a massage and a pedicure during my stay. Both treatments were fantastic, providing a great and relaxing experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Overall, our stay was phenomenal, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Really beautiful location! The property is lovely and interesting to have the bits of the mill on display to look at. The pool was a very welcomed way to cool down from the sun and the pool bar served nice snacks/ice creams. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is a bit older, but the cleanliness is outstanding – our room was perfectly cleaned every day, even the bed linen was changed. The pool is great and free to use, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant exceeded our expectations, with nice themed dinners. The staff is extremely kind and helpful – definitely worth 10 stars! The location is also perfect: close to Lucca, and Pisa and Florence are easily accessible. The seaside is about 40 km away, so we also enjoyed a few beach days. The surrounding villages like Montecatini and Montecarlo are beautiful. This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. We would be happy to come back again.
