    Massa is not overrun with toursits.

    Massa is not overrun with toursits. The mountains are beautful, the beach was clean, water clear and white sand beaches. There are plenty of free beach areas with showers. The beach is clean as well. Lots of restaurants and the grocery stores have a huge variety of food and it was not over priced. We found the local restaurants excellent value and people were very friendly.

    Calm village, a little bit industrial, but its not noisy. Not many aboard tourist so you can experience a full Italian lifestyle. Beautiful views on the sea and mountains. Cool place to have nice walks, see the main promenade around 3 kilometers away, and it's a good place to get on the local trips. You have Pisa 40 minutes away by car, Florence 1,5h away, Cinque terre around 1h away etc.

    The apartment is big and cozy, and it is located in a very good and quiet area from where you could walk easily to the center. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean. There are two large bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower and the double bed is very large and comfortable. The terrace full of plants next to the kitchen is beautiful. The owner is very friendly and was always willing to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend the apartment, that for me it is one of the best places to stay during a visit to Massa.

    I spent a week in the Paladini Apartment together with my daughter. Because I like the mountains and my daughter the sea, Marina di Massa offers both options. The location is ideal, about 400m from de sea, apartment has everything what you need and very clean, parking in the yard, the owner is a very welcoming person. I can definitely recommend this location, especially for families. We will definitely come back.

    Lovely, tastefully decorated guest house, spotlessly clean, in a delightful area 5 kms from Massa. Luigi, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He also owns the restaurant opposite and we had the most delicious local foods there served by the nicest staff. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place and would love to return there when we next visit Italy. Thank you Luigi and staff!
