Beautiful, clean apartment with kitchen, quiet and easy to reach. Good connection to the beaches in Fonteblanda (about 6 km away) using the narrow, but flat road. Friendly service and very helpful host (Elisa). Summarizing: certainly it was the place you would like to return some day for your holidays in Tuscany.

From the moment we arrived at Casale Sterpeti we felt very welcome. The hosts immediately helped us with our luggage and showed us what we could do in the neighbourhood. The room was absolutely amazing, beautifully renovated, a good matress (which is not always the case in Italy) an amazing walk-in shower. The domain was designed that you just feel at rest the moment you get there. The birds tjeep, and the view is amazing. The breakfast was also very nice, with some charcuterie, yoghurt, eggs, some veggies, a lot of cakes, freshly pressed juice, and delicious coffee. The hosts were very helpful when we had questions about the surroundings or when making reservations for dinner. And you never felt like you bothered them. I cannot stress enough that the hosts Simone and his wife (sorry forgot the name!) were meant for this “job”. They were able to create a place where you can really get some rest from the stressy lives we leave back home. Wauw just wauw. Keep up the good work guys!

Our second visit to Magliano - such a lovely little town with easy access to the coast, vineyards and the thermal springs. A note of warning though - getting a reservation in a restaurant is difficult - you need to book well in advance.

We came by car from Cinque Terre and drove the side roads...

We came by car from Cinque Terre and drove the side roads which was a beautiful trip in the country. The accommodation at the winery was excellent, food superb and peace and quiet much needed. The pool was beautiful, one of the nicest that I have seen at a private accommodation. Truly paradise in the hills overlooking the vineyards.

Great breakfast, the best we had during this trip. Beautiful and quiet. A little difficult to find but worth the effort. Nearby towns and excursions were excellent. Lots to do if you wish or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the winery.

Incredible location giving spectacular views out to the ocean over rolling hills the castle and islands. Lively pool but best for me in an age where we seem to have accepted terrible service was the charming staff who just could not do enough fabulous

Cute market on a Wednesday morning with a good fish van.

Cute market on a Wednesday morning with a good fish van. Fantastic beach at Green Bay on Orbetello next to Porto Ecole, go to Trattoria Le Mandorlaie on the way to Scansano for fantastic suckling pig, or eat in Da Sandra in Magliano for amazing steaks. A hidden gem in Tuscany, and only and hour and a half from Fiumicino airport by car. And make sure to try Morellino di Scansano, it's a great local wine.

Sergio and his wife were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They will do their best to make you feel welcome. The rooms were clean, large, the air conditioning was very cold, and the Wi-Fi was great. The swimming pool was also great. The location is stunning. Of you want to see the real Toscana this is the place to go. Also a lot of things to do around Magliano in Toscana. As a bonus you also get Kyra, which was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommended this place! We will be back next year.

Set in a picturesque landscape this working farm has a variety of interesting things to see ( including peacocks!) The likeable family members are friendly and generous and there is relaxing atmosphere. The rustic-style rooms are large and airy with a high standard of cleanliness. The beautiful gardens are very well kept and there is a charming swimming pool. Not far from the coast and many other fascinating places. For day trips, Rome is only a couple of hours away. The food is excellent.

We had the best time at Casa Maria! The house is stunning and has a beautiful countryside view. Our room had everything we needed. The AC worked great, bed was comfy and had a good shower. Lia is wonderful and very welcoming. Her breakfasts are delicious with homemade treats, fruit (we had figs from the garden), cheeses and coffee. She also gave us great tips for dinner, which have been one of our best experiences in all of Italy. Would totally recommend to everyone :)

Very welcoming atmosphere with very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfasts and light lunch were delicious with fresh homemade products. the Welcome booklet with things to do and restaurant recommendations is a really nice touch. We will definitely return for another visit!
