It is quiet, ideal for families and for whoever desires to enjoy complete relaxation outside of the main tourist routes. A pretty little town, easy to walk around the cobbled streets around the castle (or prison - fascinating history!). Ancient bridge...lots of character. Apparently the orange festival is an event not to be missed (early February). We also drove to Lago de Viverone (1/2/ hour) - stunning. Amazing views, nice walk, & good places to eat. Great location on the edge of the old town. It’s a twenty minute walk to the UNESCO World Heritage Site XX century industrial city of Olivetti.
