The hotel is located directly in the old city center, very close to the Arena and the main shopping street. The support from the reception was very friendly (e.g. when we forgot the jacket in the car). The breakfast is delicious and extraordinary, e.g. the choice of the cakes, the quality of the ham & eggs and the vegetables (especially the tomatoes).

It was one of our best stay during our trip across Italy. Very comfortable stay - felt so good to rest after long day outside. It’s on first floor and there’s elevator so very helpful for us to carry our big suitcases. It’s not that close to old town but very strategically located near bus stop which we can go everywhere direct from there, even to Lake Garda.
