Wonderful place to stay! Our room & bathroom were lovely and comfortable. The entire home was decorated with so much care, it really felt welcoming. Our breakfast was delicious each morning and offered a little bit of everything - fruit, yogurt, bread/toast, pastries, meat and cheese. Chiara is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was very informative with local sites to see and was always willing to help or offer advice for our travels. She is one of those people you wish could be your best friend! :)

What an absolute gem . The photos don’t quite capture the charm of the place. Super comfy bed and great rooftop views over Anghiari. What we loved the most is the generosity of the hosts, the extra coffee pods they supplied us with when I mentioned how much I enjoyed my coffee in the morning. The fully stacked kitchen with breakfast bits, including gluten free biscuits, yogurts and milk in the fridge. You could choose to have fizzy water or naturally chilled, coffee or cappuccino! To top it all Antonio and Cinzia provided us with a cake, which considering we were the only guests (off peak of course) was very generous . We felt thoroughly spoilt and as hosts ourselves we appreciate how this makes us feel. Thank you both for such great hospitality!!!

The views are stunning and the surroundings are so peaceful. The hosts were incredibly kind and caring, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious, made with fresh local ingredients. Me and my friend were on a pilgrimage route Via di Francesco, starting from Florence towards Assissi. B&B Il Palazzo is a real jewel of Tuscany, a palazzo indeed. You can feel 1000-year old history of the building and amazing view of the mountains combined with brand new stylish apartments and rooms. Ancient fireplace and a modern bathroom makes you relax and get back your energy. But most uplifting is the atmosphere of welcome from the hosts. An amazing Italian couple, very friendly, trying to make your stay as comfortable as only possible. Thank you Giovanni and Paolo! We would definitely come back and recommend your palazzo to all our friends.

    Gricignano is a tiny village, there is no place to go there. It is a quiet place with a beautiful view, just as we were looking for. It is surrounded by historical places; for example Citerna situates just a few minutes away by car and is beautiful.
