We booked for an overnight stay en route between Carcassone and Milan. I was so surprised to find the accommodation within the grounds of the Catholic college, which we were advised is 486 years old. Great communication and so welcoming. Location was easy to find. We booked the king room with a kitchenette. We slept so well as the bed was so comfortable. The location is so quiet. There was also a lift to the upper floor accomodation. Gated secure free parking. A short walk to restaurants. The customer service was excellent as we discovered no batteries in the TV remote and communicated this late at night around 8pm, and this was resolved within 5 mins. There was also a coffee and snack vending machine, which we used. The snack machine is linked with the coffee machine to select and pay for the item of choice. A free gym which we did not use. The price of accommodation was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Extremely functional. Most rooms have a parking spot in front of the room and that means you’ll always have your spot, without having to worry about a garage being full. The room was perfectly clean. The wooden furniture in the room was not very modern but still (in my opinion) very nice looking and well kept. The bathroom and shower in the room were comfortable. The room in February was well heated. In the night I did not hear any disturbing noises from the traffic. The staff at the reception was very kind and professional. The location is excellent. The price was reasonable. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Totally amazing staff! Help me in very hard situation, when somebody stole my wallet and ID in centre in metro, I'm sure without her I stayed in Italy more days, but she help me with call police, translate, manage documents for my way to home and stay with me after work time! Staff very friendly and nice.

Staff very friendly and nice. The hair dryer in the bathroom, loved it! The building is very old, we had problems with the boiler and never got enough water for two showers in a row so we had to take turns. An offending smell was coming up the toilet and we had to keep the door closed at night as one of the beds was right next to the toilet door.
