EVERYTHING was amazing. The staff friendly, rooms fantastic and comfy with a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. The private beach was excellent. Lots of restaurants in area. Nice quiet location away from main road. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The staff were extremely pleasant from the outset. A relaxing time. Special shout out to our housekeeping lady who helped me track down my swimsuit that had fallen off the balcony. Also a great massage from Alessa down in the spa. A lovely place to kick back and enjoy Sicily which was beautiful

The room was kept spotlessly clean by the maids who were very friendly especially the Polish girl. The other two ladies were also very nice. The breakfast was great plenty of choice and nicely presented. All the staff were great and made us feel very welcome. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Giardini Naxos is a typical Sicilian tourist beachside resort with a beautiful sandy beach, many beach clubs and an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes, gift shops etc. You can catch a local bus to the beautiful Taormina. There is also a train station if you would like to travel further afield.

Giardini is literally a 10 minutes bus ride from Taormina.

Giardini is literally a 10 minutes bus ride from Taormina. Much more accessible to get around and a lot less expensive. It offers many dining options, beach (which Taormina doesn't), shopping and larger accommodations.

Alot of people do not speak english, and everything there including street sign are in ilalian. Had an excustion to the godfather on a hop on hop off bus(green) I had ordered from Get Your Guide and went 2 hours early and the direction they gave us was wrong and couldnt find the place for pick up in mountain. Had no wifi on my phone, even when i paid extra to get itWIFI on my phone. Tried to ask people but on one knew where to go. Traffic was terrible where the address was to pick up. So i ended up not making the excurion, and company is not giving me a refund. Also the rest RISTORANTE SABBIE D' ORO charged us $162.00(euro) for a 1 lobster. They stood over us until we order, couldnt speak english and the menu said 18 euros for a one lobster, thought that was a good price. Pressed us with extra stuff we did not want to order, because we could not understand them. Then we go to pay there system was down and couldnt take no visa or MC. Our bill was $350 eros. We had to go to atm machine and they charged us $75 to take money out of machine. BAD EXPERINCE!!!!!! I would suggest not to go there.

Giardini-Naxos and the surrounding towns are, however, unusually dirty, with a lot of litter scattered along the streets. The beach, on the other hand, has wonderfully clean and clear water. People are helpful. Traveling around, take time. The only rush is in traffic. If you travel by rental car, it helps to have a good map reader in the passenger seat and a calm mind. Honking is simply a part of the traffic culture. A motorcyclist may pass you on either the right or the left. Focus on the traffic is the most important thing. When choosing a rental car, you should go for one with medium power. Otherwise, it may not make it up the hills. We had a Toyota Yaris 1500 Petrol Hybrid Automatic. It was ok. An automatic gearbox makes driving easier.

Giardini Naxos is a bus ride away from Taormina. We enjoyed this quiet town, the restaurants were good, especially Trattoria da Lino. The beaches are stunning, even though they mostly have little stones, the water was clean and refreshing!

Convenient location, close enough to the beach, yet located in a quiet location; allowing for the needed privacy and tranquility. The owners are superbly nice and friendly people, both speak English apart from Italian and other languages, they are very accommodating and serving excellent breakfast in the mornings, the food in Sicily is out of this world. There is a free and secured parking on the property. The visiting guest were also nice and respectful. Will definitely recommend to the friends and family and book again once in Sicily.

The grounds weee gorgeous and there were a lot of places to lounge (had it not been 35 degrees outside)! The staff were lovely and offered up lots of recommendations for places to go/eat in the local area and further afield. The beach was nearby and though the hotel was in the quieter part of Giardini Naxos, that’s what we loved. We found a place to rent chairs and an umbrella within a 5 minute walk. We loved our time here!

It was really a great value for the money, just few steps from the beach. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, the breakfast in the cafe bar was good (although there was just pastry option – but that's nothing new in Sicily). The room was older but very clean.

The pasta dishes were generally good, cooked properly al dente, and the drinks selection included branded soft drinks and draft beer. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the beach and Giardini Naxos town, which is convenient when it runs on schedule
