The room was very well furnished, very clean, everything was new and modern. Entire structure is very nicely decorated. We had a room with a view towards the sea. Location is a walking distance from the center. Parking is at the street blue lines (you can pay with EasyPark app). We had no problem with finding a free place in September.

A very unique apartment, interesting decoration. A private access and very peaceful building in a good location, walking distance to everywhere, near to main street. We had a rental car and were able to find a parking place from the street near by without ant problems. Checking-in was easy and Giuseppe was very helpful and active via messages, a lot of tips and a very fluent communication. Even we didnt met we felt very welcomed and being in the good care if anything. Also we appreciated a lot of flexiability in the checking out, as needed to have a work-related online-meeting in the morning. Suitable for the couples, as the shower was like a showcase, which we found amusing. If having disablities then good be difficult as there is a couple of steps to get to the shower cabin. Using space in apartment was well thought, as a woman I appreciated a lot of table space to have all cosmetics next to the mirrow on the aisle. Also I liked desk as I needed to remote work also. Super spacy and comfy bed and a modern five stars toilet. Outside of the apartment downstairs were eating area and also bakery products and coffee machine & water and juice. Maybe not for the breakfast but a very nice snack. Overall Reggio di Calabria is a beautiful place and this accomdation made this experience even better. I would recommend anytime warmly to visit there and choose Xenia Luxury homes.

The honeymoon suite has ample room inc the ensuite bathroom. The shower itself is spacious with good water flow through the top showerhead in the ceiling as well as the handheld. Steam heads towards the ensuite window and is closed off from the bedroom, the way it is meant to be. One thing I did find strange was the shower did not leak out onto the floor, wow, amazing. Also, the honeymoon suite has a nice outdoor terrace overlooking Sicily, a bonus area for girls who need to brush their hair or dust things outside, inc shoe venting! As far as cleanliness goes, the whole property is spotless, but I guess they have to be, being a wedding reception centre. Another important factor is absolutely no pets allowed, fantastic for actually being hypo-allergenic and for people with phobias All the staff were accommodating and friendly. A special thanks to Aldo for fantastic service and also for getting up late one evening to let us in to unload baggage due to our late arrival. His brother and long-time employee Louisa for gorgeous breakfasts and great service.

Apartments near the sea, grocery store 20 seconds from the hotel! Clean room with everything you need for cooking. Awesome, hospitable hotel owner. Fresh, delicious pastries and coffee for breakfast!! The hotel owner gave us a tour of the city, told us where good restaurants were, told us how to get to Messina and other locations.

Such an amazing place! First of all, biggest thanks to the fantastic receptionist Davide that is a lovely warm and entertaining soul who takes care of your perfect stay in the hotel and helps you with any question by heart. The room is super comfortable with everything you need- when you open the closet, a mini kitchen is hidden that you can use easily. The bathroom is spacious and with original Ortigia products that is a high luxury brand in Sicilia (smelled amazing and was a lovely add-on). The room itself was calm, no street noises, air-conditioned and comfortable bed. Another highlight was the breakfast that was included in my booking. You had the possibility to choose your order by a menu and it was full of possibilities. Loved the Bacon Sandwich and Brioche with Granita + friendly service. In addition the hotel is located in the city center, from Messina Centrale by Bus Nr. 100 only 5 mins to go. A lot of restaurants in the surrounding and a fantastic shopping street. All in all, I will definetely come back, felt super comfortable and safe as a solo traveller in this place. GRAZIE!
