Brand-new Hotel (they opened on August the 4th). Extremely clean and modern facility, spectacular bedrooms with all anyone may need, wonderful finishes and very well furnished with an absolute taste of design. On top of everything, the staff was very kind and helpful, having our satisfaction as their number one priority. Also. We ate at their restaurant Le Bolle, in the bubbles. And it’s been a unique experience. We will definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough. The exceptional service, combined with the stunning view from my room, made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future. Nice boutique hotel with just 12 rooms. It is bang on the lake promenade and the location couldn't be better . we were shown to our room quickly even though we arrived early. Neat well laid out approaches, polite staff . The room was like a suit with a nice large sitting room small balcony and attached kitchenette. The breakfast was decent and well served. We were vegetarians so the hotel too some special care to provide us with extra fruits, cheese etc. surely we will come back to this hotel again.

Fantastic location (hidden gem) overlooking the local lake, had evening meal on restaurant terrace lakeside food/service was outstanding, reception staff fantastic/welcoming (good English) excellent quality and value. Worth noting Mergozzo is slightly away from lake Maggiore but quieter more intimate and much better value. Mergozzo is a fantastic place to spend a couple of days, also good for enjoyable overnight if travelling via Simplon pass, will stay again.

Casa Camilla exceeded our expectations from the beginning on. Beautiful design, a lovely room, great breakfast and amazing staff! The breakfast is getting served and even though a buffet would offer more choice, you get what you need and this is more than enough. The small team was very nice and I would like to mention Monica and Ivan who made our stay unforgettable. Grazie per la splendida vacanza!

I was also pleased with the opportunity to rent a city bike at an affordable price, for those who come by car, there is a parking lot nearby. A very cozy area.
