I loved the apartment. Even though it's small, it is very cozy, everything is new and clean, which creates a great atmosphere. Although there is no kitchen, this was not a problem, because there is a restaurant and a bar nearby where you can have delicious meals. There's a natural reserve park for walking and cycling that is very close, so you can have a great time in the fresh air with mountains and a lake view. I was also pleased with the opportunity to rent a city bike at an affordable price. For a car there is a parking lot nearby. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always ready to help. The courtyard with a table became a great place for evening get-togethers.

Boutique hotel stresa was worth every penny spent. The staffs were very welcoming with warm smiles, willing to help(Nothing is too much of a ask) and very engaging. The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional. The room was very spacious and all the facilities were very modern and easy to use. the food at the restaurant was perfectly amazing, likewise the breakfast which was mouth watering with pastries freshly made. I cannot fault this hotel as it ticked the box for what a five star hotel should offer. My partner could not stop telling all his friends about this beautiful hotel. Myself and my partner will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.

This is the place to stay in Stresa. Fabulous quiet views over the lake. The views and tranquility were only surpassed by the friendly , professional staff. Carlo, manager ,and the rest of the team , assisted with everything we needed - locations to visit , gaining tickets and arranging transport . They provide an incredible tasty breakfast , and you will not have to eat until dinner ! The facility is spacious , clean and has self contained kitchen facilities. The added bonus for any traveller is the laundry facility on- site. On the street waterfront , the local restaurants and shops are at your footstep .

Fantastic location (hidden gem) overlooking the local lake, had evening meal on restaurant terrace lakeside food/service was outstanding, reception staff fantastic/welcoming (good English) excellent quality and value. Worth noting Mergozzo is slightly away from lake Maggiore but quieter more intimate and much better value. Mergozzo is a fantastic place to spend a couple of days, also good for enjoyable overnight if travelling via Simplon pass, will stay again.

Park for walking and cycling, so you can have a great time in the fresh air. I was also pleased with the opportunity to rent a city bike at an affordable price, for those who come by car, there is a parking lot nearby. A very cozy area. There is public transport, easily accessible to the train station and the central area of ​​Verbania. Simply amazing for relaxation
