Nice place to stay Apartament equipped with everything what we need , Patio and nice Garden …. friendly neighbourhood not far from Lake Como with was our first Point … few restaurants walking distance from apartment . The apartment is really spacious and fully equipped. The area was peaceful and quiet, and easy to get to so perfect for a good night's sleep. It was only 10 kms from Como, which was our next destination. The host was very helpful and the contact was easy and prompt.

Due to delayed flight we missed the last connecting train so we only arrived in the middle of the night. Our host, Anna, was extremely emphatic and helpful and she even offered us a ride as it was very difficult to find a taxi. Thank you so much. The room looks better than on the pictures. It's cosy, well equipped and homey. The location is good, only a 5 minute walk from the train station. There's also a pretty good bakery within 3 minutes. As we booked this place 3 days before the trip, the price was significantly cheaper here than anything in Como. I recommends it to anyone who wants to be near the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I was in Room 19 and it was fantastic. It has a little staircase up to a second level which has a small pull out sofa and tv. You can go outside from the top level and you look straight at the Duomo and little square below. The hotel and Lake Como are beautiful.

The building is beautiful, set in a lovely square with restaurants and bars. Walking distance from the ferry. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great Paid palking a few minutes from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
