The location and amenities were exceptional. Kitchen holds everything you need to prepare great meals, the living room provides authentic Alp experience with it's funky dining table setup, bathroom is new and totally prepared. There is a steep drive up to this place from the main road, but that just makes the location exceptional and truly beautiful. This place is way better than other old fashioned listings in the alps. Great price for this as well. Most important - perfect for new families. If you are still deciding between listings while reading this just book it, everything will be perfect. The host family will make sure of it.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly and parked the car in the garage. For dinner, a table with our names was waiting for us - this is very nice because you understand that they were waiting for you. The cuisine is wonderful - everything is exquisite and delicious. After dinner, we heard music and went to the bar. There was a man with a very pleasant voice singing and playing. There were couples in love around, a fireplace was burning and the atmosphere was warm and magical. In the morning we tried breakfast. A good choice for all tastes. There is even sturgeon caviar for gourmets. We also visited the pool. We had a very good swim. There is a sauna. Wonderful recreation areas near the pool. There are lemonades everywhere to quench your thirst. So 1. Perfect cleanliness. The hotel is super new. Interesting locations, panoramic view, new design. 2. A very young team works. Thank you to the owner that gives young people a chance to have a job! Everyone is very polite. Everyone who works there, I will say again - thanks to your work, your smiles, you create an atmosphere of rest and relaxation for us. Thank you for this! 3. Special thanks for the fabulous sweet table with dozens of sweets. We were stunned by the number of cakes. 4. When leaving, we were given panettone for the road - a small gift, but looking at it, I keep the memory of a great vacation. We will definitely come back to you and will be happy to recommend you to others. Thank you.

A stunning hotel property located on the most beautiful Italian street. The location is perfect for trips and sights around the north. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of storage space (which is usually lacking in most hotels!), with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are all very friendly and speak very good English. We only had breakfast one morning of our 5 night stay as we were so busy out exploring each day early, but what we did have was really good food. The spa is also a very nice addition at the end of a busy day hiking to use.

    This was a beautiful modern hotel. The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. We had the most stunning view from our hotel room and it was a great size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Everything was extremely clean and there was a playground for kids next to the Biergarten. There are beautiful nature trails near the hotel, highly recommended for families and those who like exploring in nature.

    Super convenient if you're thinking of heading to Val di Funes or even Ortisei. Comfortable drive from Bolzano. Breakast was lovely. I think it's run by a lovely couple. The lady speaks German and Italian (very little English so for those who only speak English try conversing via Google translate or something :)) There were free parking spots right in front of the hotel.

    Excellent location when you're looking for a quiet hiking outing. The apartment was clean, had all the cosy sudtiroler additions with an amazing view. Right from your door, there are several hiking routes present. The host was most kind and helpful. I would stay here again next time.

    We booked a night at the hotel on our drive through to Italy. Very nice and clean hotel, staff is very friendly. The hotel was not easy to find, I don't know how but the GPS kept sending us to the wrong location, you need to follow these coordinates --> 46.666829, 11.613216.
